ROMA. Cortei colorati, ragazzi con grandi cartelloni-scudi di gommapiuma, sfilano nel centro della capitale. Sono migliaia gli studenti, arrivati a Roma da tutta Italia con treni e autobus privati. I cortei sono partiti dal La Sapienza, piazza della Repubblica e Bocca della Verita' per confluire in piazza Navona, dove sono previsti i comizi. Tra le decine di striscioni e bandiere è stato alzato, da un gruppo di manifestanti, un lungo telone azzurro che simulerà "la grande onda che travolge tutti".
"Insieme per il futuro del paese": con questo striscione in testa è partito da Piazza Bocca della Verità il corteo, organizzato dai sindacati di categoria di Cgil e Uil, per contestare le politiche del governo in materia di università, ricerca e alta formazione artistica e musicale (conservatori e accademie). I manifestanti si sono mossi con circa un'ora e mezza di ritardo rispetto all'orario previsto, per aspettare i delegati in arrivo da tutta Italia: dieci pullman da Firenze, 13 dall'Emilia Romagna, 10 dalla Calabria, 7 dalla Puglia, 17 da Napoli (alle quali si aggiungono 200 persone che hanno scelto il treno per arrivare a Roma), 250 delegati dalla Sicilia e circa 1.500 dalle Marche. Il numero dei partecipanti continua ad aumentare.
